David Sherwin

David has nearly two decades of product design and leadership experience.
Prior to consulting, he was a Director of User Experience at Lynda.com. He is also a Fellow at frog, a global product strategy and design firm. His books on design include Creative Workshop: 80 Challenges to Sharpen Your Design Skills and Success by Design: The Essential Business Reference for Designers.
He’s spoken at events such as SxSW, Interaction, UX London, and HOW Design Live, as well as taught at California College of the Arts and Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. His writing has appeared in FastCoDesign, TheAtlantic.com, A List Apart, Smashing Magazine, HOW, and many other periodicals.
Erin Muntzert
Sr. UX Researcher at Google
Erin has over 10 years practicing knowledge in the field of design.
For the past few years, she’s been leading research for Google Maps in emerging platforms and developer experiences. She’s also an educator having taught Design Research in the IxD undergrad program for 3 years at California College of the Arts and lectured in the Industrial Design depts. at Tongji and Fudan University in Shanghai.
Prior to Google, Erin worked for 6 years as a designer and researcher for the creative consultancy, frog. There, she led international research and IxD projects for clients including Disney, Intel, 3M, Samsung and Huawei. She was also one of the initial creators of frog’s Collection Action Toolkit, a set of activities and methods to help bring groups together to make change in their communities.
